PUBLIC OFFER CONTRACT
The contract between "RIIVER" LLC, hereinafter - the Internet store, and the user of the services of the online store, hereinafter - the Customer, and together - the Parties, is an assignment contract for the purchase and delivery of goods via the website https://reever.tech
1. General provisions
1.1. This contract is a public offer contract (According to Articles 633, 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine), its conditions are the same for all Customers regardless of their status.
1.2. The contract is considered concluded from the moment the Customer clicks the "Place order" button on the order placement page. By concluding this Agreement, the Customer fully accepts the terms of the Agreement.
2. Terms and definitions
2.1. Online store - an online store located on the website https://reever.tech, owned by "RIIVER" LLC, location: Kyiv, IQ Business Center, 13-15 Bolsunovska Street, office 506
2.2. Goods - the object of the agreement of the Parties, the list of goods published on the website of the online store, according to the assortment of "RIIVER" LLC.
2.3. The customer - a natural person or a legal person/natural person-entrepreneur, by using the website of the online store, instructs the online store to purchase and deliver goods.
2.4. Order - registered and placed on the website of the online store, the Buyer's application for the purchase of purchased goods from "RIIVER" LLC and delivery on behalf and at the expense of the Customer.
2.5. Acceptance of the offer - full and unconditional acceptance of the offer by the Customer by placing an order on the website of the online store.
2.6. The website - the website https://reever.tech belongs to "RIIVER" LLC, on which the list of goods and their prices is posted, and through which the Customer has the right to place an Order.
3. Subject of the contract
3.1. This contract is a commission contract (in accordance with Article 1000 of the Civil Code of Ukraine), according to which, when choosing a Product and ordering the delivery of the purchased product, the Customer gives a commission to the courier or a third party, independently determines the online store without consultation with the Customer, to purchase from the LLC "RIIVER" shall deliver the Goods selected by the Customer to the address specified in the application, as well as, if necessary, receive funds from the Customer to pay for the Online Store Order.
3.2. The price of the Product is set and indicated by the online store on the Site.
4. Procedure for ordering and payment
4.1. The customer places an order on the Site independently, adding the selected Goods to the virtual cart, specifying the delivery address and clicking the "Order" button.
4.2. All Customers, regardless of registration, can place an order for goods in the online store.
4.3. The delivery of the goods of the online store is carried out from 09:00 to 21:00 from Monday to Sunday.
4.4. The Goods are paid for by the Buyer on the terms of prepayment at the time of placing the order online using the Fondy service or by compensation to the courier or a third party at the time of delivery of the Order to the address specified by him in cash, after the Customer has viewed and checked the Product ordered and delivered to the specified place delivery
4.5. The order is executed under this Agreement by a courier or another third party, which is independently determined by the online store and who executes the order in accordance with the terms of this Agreement without payment of remuneration, while the Customer is obliged to pay for the goods in full according to the Order.
4.6. The total cost of the Order is equal to the amount paid and indicated on the Site at the time of ordering and at the time of placing the Order.
5. Conditions for returning the Goods
5.1. The online store fulfills the order of the Customer regarding the purchase and delivery of the Order to the place and time period specified by the Customer when placing the Order on the Site.
5.2. When placing an Order, the Customer agrees that he has the right to refuse only the entire list of ordered products, and not part of them.
5.3. In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the product can be returned within 14 days from the moment of purchase, provided that the product is without damage and signs of use, in the original packaging. If the product was purchased in a set, it must be returned in its entirety.
5.4. The rules for returning goods purchased in the online store are governed by the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights".
5.5. We reserve the right not to accept returned goods if they have been delivered to our warehouse after the expiry of the 14-day period, or if the condition of the goods is different from that in which you received them.
6. Other provisions
6.1. The Site contains trademarks and other legally protected materials, including but not limited to the following: text, photographs, graphics, music and sound. All content of the site is protected by the legislation of Ukraine.
62. The Customer does not have the right to use the materials posted on the Site, except for viewing for the purpose of placing the Order, namely, he does not have the right (but not exclusively): to make changes, publish, transfer to third parties, participate in sales or concessions, create derivatives work, etc. .
6.3. This Agreement is governed by the legislation of Ukraine.
