PAYMENT

You can pay for your order in one of the following ways:

  • Payment in cash
This type of payment is available in case of pickup from our office at Kyiv, or when ordering free courier delivery in Kyiv.

  • Visa/Mastercard bank cards on the website
When placing an order, choose the "Bank card" payment method. After checking the order details, to pay for the purchase, you will be redirected to Fondy's secure payment page to enter your card details. The following data must be entered on the page:
- card number;
- validity period of the card;
- three-digit security code (CVV2 for Visa, CVC2 for Mastercard).
After clicking the "Continue" button, the page will display information about the payment status. Online payment takes place on a page protected by security certificates.

  • Bank transfer / Non-cash settlement (for legal entities)
When placing an order, to pay for goods by non-cash payment, you need to select the payment type "Non-cash payment" and fill in the recommended fields.

  • Postpaid (for delivery by the "Nova Poshta" service)
You can make this type of payment at the "Nova Poshta" branch by cash or bank card.

DELIVERY

  • Delivery in Kyiv
Delivery is free, every day from Monday to Sunday from 09:00 to 21:00 (when ordering before 13:00). If you need urgent courier delivery, please contact us by phone: +38 096 108 11 00

  • Delivery across Ukraine
Free delivery is carried out to the "Nova Poshta" branch or address delivery by the "Nova Poshta" service courier. After sending the order to the courier service, you will receive a code for tracking the delivery.

  • Worldwide delivery
We do the worldwide delivery. Please contact us for the details.

  • Pickup
You can pick up the order yourself from our office in Kyiv:
Kyiv, IQ Business Center, Bolsunovska Street 13-15, office 506

RETURN

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the product can be returned within 14 days from the moment of purchase, provided that the product is undamaged and shows signs of use, in the original packaging. If the product was purchased in a set, it must be returned in its entirety.

The rules for returning goods purchased in the online store are governed by the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights".

We reserve the right not to accept returned goods if they have been delivered to our warehouse after the expiry of the 14-day period, or if the condition of the goods is different from that in which you received them.

  • Return in Kyiv
Goods can be returned within Kyiv at our office:

  • Return across Ukraine
The return of goods in Ukraine is carried out with the help of "Nova Poshta" services. A return is possible in the presence of a document confirming the fact of purchase, as well as under the conditions that the product:
- was not in use
- has a commercial appearance
- has original, intact packaging

REFUNDS

Once we receive the return (item) and confirm that all return requirements are met, we will issue a refund. Refunds are made in the same way as the order was paid for. Please note that in the case of payment by bank card, the refund period depends on the policy of the institution that issued the card.
